End-of-life Doula Follow-up Session

Our End-of-life Doula Follow-up Session offers variable times and fees based several factors including: follow-up offering requested. These may include but are not limited to: • Emotional support for individuals and families • Advance care planning (to be implemented and finalized with the appropriate legal and/or medical teams involved) • Legacy projects and life review • Assistance exploring personal values and wishes • Support navigating difficult conversations • Creating meaningful rituals or ceremonies • Creation of personalized guided visualizations and playlists • Vigil planning and bedside presence (bedside presence on call currently not offered at this time) • Education about the dying process • Support for caregivers or bedside respite for caregivers • Grief and bereavement support • Assistance connecting to community resources
